This 6-week Re-Start program has been designed to build your current fitness levels, start transforming the shape of your body and implement new long-term eating and exercising habits in a safe and social environment. After your six weeks, you can further your journey by joining our Enhanced programme, where you can continue training in our small group personal training classes and stay as long as you like on our no-contract monthly membership. All programs have a 5-person capacity meaning you get a more personal coaching experience whilst still enjoying a social group environment.
This programme includes 18 coached small group personal training sessions, start and end-program 3D body scans, initial postural and functional movement assessment, a six-week nutrition plan and recipe book, a Move Strong T-shirt, and 50% discount for any in-house Sports Massage treatments.
